1. The item that is damaged or incorrect.
2. The product must be in its original packaging and the original receipt or prof of purchase must be presented.
In those cases the company will evaluate the issue and proceed to correct the situation on a case by case basis.
Once a decision is made, you will be notified via email and your item will be shipped out to you immediately.
